1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size shipped, defective item, or damage during delivery).
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized, altered, or final sale items are non-returnable.
2. Customer Responsibility
- If you wish to exchange or return an item for reasons not caused by ASFAR (such as a change of mind, preference, or wrong size selected at checkout), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- ASFAR will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to ASFAR’s mistake.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).
6. International Orders (GCC)
- For GCC customers, customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to ASFAR’s error.
