Shipping Policy for ASFAR
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your payment. Orders are only processed during working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship across the UAE and GCC. Shipping costs for GCC countries vary depending on location, order weight, and shipping method selected, and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- UAE shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped.
- GCC shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Express or expedited shipping options may be available for quicker delivery.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to factors like customs clearance, weather, holidays, or courier delays.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping across the GCC region. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available). You can use this number to track the status of your order through the courier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, there may occasionally be delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, courier issues, or holidays).
If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@asfar.ae, and we’ll assist you as best we can.
7. Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order. ASFAR is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to update it before your order ships.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
ASFAR is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your tracking information, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If there is an issue with the delivery (wrong item or damaged product), please reach out to us promptly. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund in line with our Return Policy.
10. Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect, the package may be re-routed at the customer’s expense depending on the courier’s policy.
